What the 25% procurement fee covers:   This fee encompasses the complete procurement experience: thoughtful sourcing, order placement, vendor communication, delivery tracking, installation coordination, and the handling of any damages or returns. It provides a seamless, concierge‑level process that saves you time and grants access to trade pricing where available.
